How to Join: Our Admission Process

Joining Golden Sparrow takes six simple steps, and no Transfer Certificate is needed. Here's exactly what to expect, whether you're applying from India or the Gulf.

The six steps

  1. Step 1: Enquire

    Message us on WhatsApp or give us a call. Tell us your child's age, grade and where you live.

  2. Step 2: Talk to us

    A short call about your child, your situation and what you're hoping for. No pressure, and no question is too small.

  3. Step 3: Try a free demo class

    Your child joins a live class on Google Meet, so you can both see how it feels.

  4. Step 4: Choose the right grade

    We help you decide where your child should begin and, for Grades 11–12, which NIOS stream fits: Basic, Science or Commerce.

  5. Step 5: Complete admission

    Fill in the application and pay the first instalment. No TC needed.

  6. Step 6: Welcome to Golden Sparrow

    You receive your Google Classroom access, the weekly timetable and a first-day guide.

Questions families ask

Do we need a Transfer Certificate?

No. A TC is not required for admission.

Is the demo class really free?

Yes. It costs nothing and carries no obligation. Book a free demo class.

Can we join from outside India?

Families in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain follow the same six steps. Classes run from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM IST, and every lesson is recorded.

My child is joining after a break, or from another board. Which grade will they start in?

Coming from CBSE, ICSE, a state board, or a British or American school in the Gulf? We'll look at your child's recent work and suggest the grade that fits best.
