Parent and Student Reviews
We could tell you about our school for a long time, but families can tell you more honestly. Here are real experiences from parents and students in India and the Gulf, shared with their permission and trimmed only for length.

What parents say
Golden Sparrow has transformed my child's learning experience. The teachers are incredibly dedicated and the small class sizes mean my daughter gets personal attention.

The AI Hub classes opened my eyes to programming. I never thought I could build my own chatbot at 15!

Living abroad, we wanted our children to stay connected to Indian education. Golden Sparrow bridges that gap perfectly with flexible timings.

The holistic approach at Golden Sparrow prepared me not just for exams but for life. I'm now pursuing engineering at IIT.

Golden Sparrow is a place where education remains in children's mind forever because of the creative and activity based learning, and that's how children love to engage in classes.

A one of a kind, gem of a (un)school. Kids not only learn the usual subjects but actually learn what's required, like life skills, business studies and public speaking, all in fun ways. There is not a day when my kids say they don't want to go to school.

They don't just teach lessons, they craft legacies. From the Pythagorean theorem to life's unwritten equations, this institution provides an A+ education for tomorrow's leaders.

Well! They say that the teachers in the class make the sessions interesting, but you know what makes a teacher's life interesting? It's the comfort level the school has to offer. Golden Sparrow Online School is a perfect place where my skills are developed, polished and at the same time my ideas are taken into consideration.

My daughter cried the first two days because she missed the school canteen. By day four she was teaching me the "magic e" rule at dinner. Teacher is patient. Sessions are 30-35 mins max for little ones. Teacher also sends a photo of the board after class so I don't have to make her repeat everything.

We are in Dubai. Live classes are on IST so my son starts at 7:30 am our time, which is early but manageable. The parent app used to log me out constantly. I raised it twice. They fixed it last month and now it stays on. Academics are good.

Son was a back-bencher type. Here there is no back bench. Teacher calls on him by name, not roll number. He grumbled about that for two weeks. Now he grumbles if a class gets cancelled.

My son has dyslexia. In his old school the "support" was letting him sit near the window. Here the learning support teacher called me in the first week, asked for his assessment report, and within ten days his reading material was in a different font with more spacing. She also stopped sending him passages to read aloud in front of everyone. He reads to me now, at night, without me asking. I read reviews like these for one full year before we switched.

Teaching quality no complaints. Fees went up 12% this year with one month notice, which stung. I asked for the breakup. They sent a proper sheet: teacher pay revision, new lab software, exam board fee. I still didn't love the timing, but it was clear. For this amount there should be transparency, and this time there was.

I joined debate club because my mom made me and now I'm the one making HER listen to my arguments about school uniforms (we don't even have uniforms, it's the principle). Also I have friends in Nairobi and Muscat now. We have a group for bad maths jokes. It is very active.

Curriculum is lovely, lots of activity-based learning. But please understand that at 6 years old, someone has to be sitting with the child. I work from home and it is not always easy. The school sends a parent sheet on Sunday with what to keep ready, and the teacher lets him show his toy at the end if he finishes. That helps. Be realistic before joining, but it is doable.

Transferred twice in one year for my job, Lucknow to Hyderabad to Muscat. My son did not lose a single term. When we finally put him in a Cambridge school in Muscat, the admissions office said his records were cleaner than most local transfers. For families like ours, this is the main reason.

Joined mid-year after a difficult time at his previous school. I won't go into details. First month he kept his camera off in every class and the teachers did not force him, but his class mentor messaged me every Friday with one small thing he had done that week. Answered a question. Stayed back for quiz club. By the third month the camera was on. They also set up a counsellor call for him, not only academic. I didn't have to fight for it.
